Why it matters
The big EU returns services skip Italy. We don't.
Most pan-European returns providers cover Germany, Poland, France and the UK. Italy is the gap. Sellers shipping into Amazon.it from abroad end up either refunding without return (and eating the loss on anything under €25) or paying international postage to pull every parcel back home.
With an address in Turin you get the unit back, in Italy, inspected and photographed, usually within a day of delivery. Resellable stock goes straight back into FBA or FBM. Damaged stock becomes a documented claim. Nothing disappears.
Also works for removal orders. When Amazon wants your stranded, aged or unfulfillable inventory out of the FC, point the removal to us instead of to a warehouse in another country.

What you send us
A SKU list with photos or ASINs, your grading rules (what counts as resellable), and where forwarded stock should go. Ten minutes of setup.
What you get back
A same-day WhatsApp or email per parcel: condition, photos, our recommendation. A monthly summary with every unit's fate.
What it doesn't include
Repairs, hazmat, customs. Carrier postage for forwarding is billed at cost. Reimbursement claim filing is an add-on at 20–25% of what we recover, no recovery, no fee.
