FBM fulfilment
The Lungo.
Local dispatch that keeps you above 90%.
Since July 2026 Amazon requires 90% on-time delivery (OTDR) for merchant-fulfilled orders in Europe. Since 1 September 2026 it deactivates offers that miss it. Parcels crossing a border into Italy can't reliably hit that number. Parcels leaving Turin can.

The OTDR problem
Distance is the thing you can't fix. So remove it.
Amazon measures OTDR against the promise date it shows the customer. A parcel from Germany, Poland or the UK into Italy passes through at least one hub handover and often a customs line. Every one of those is a day you don't control. Miss enough of them and the offer goes dark, with your account health alongside it.
Fulfilling from inside Italy means a national carrier, one network, and a delivery window Amazon's promise already expects. Orders in by early afternoon leave the same day. Everything else leaves the next morning.
It also means the Prime badge is within reach for Seller Fulfilled Prime, and that your Italian customers see a local return address, which Amazon now expects anyway.
What's in the €2.00
Picking, packing in a suitable box or mailer, standard void fill, printing and applying the label, handing to the carrier, tracking number back to you or your order system the same day.
What's billed at cost
Carrier postage. We ship on our accounts and pass the rate through. Branded packaging or inserts you supply are free to use; custom packaging we source is quoted.
