The things sellers ask before they ship.

A prep center is a warehouse that receives your inventory, makes each unit compliant with Amazon's requirements (FNSKU labels, poly bags, suffocation warnings, bundling, boxing) and ships it into an Amazon fulfilment centre on your behalf. You never touch the goods. Ours sits 30 minutes from Amazon TRN1 in Torrazza Piemonte, so forwarding is cheap and fast.

That depends on where your stock sits and what you sell. Storing goods in Italy usually creates a VAT registration obligation. Registration is your responsibility, not ours, but we work with an accountancy partner who handles P.IVA registration and filings for foreign sellers. Ask us for an introduction.

Not us. We are not an importer of record and we do not clear customs. Goods must arrive at our door already EU customs-cleared (DDP, or shipped from inside the EU). If you ship from outside the EU, your freight forwarder or customs broker clears the shipment first. Since the €150 customs exemption ended on 1 July 2026, holding cleared stock inside the EU is cheaper and faster than shipping single parcels across the border.

Italy slows down in August. Amazon Italy's fulfilment centres run on reduced crews, and inbound appointments can take weeks instead of days. If you want stock live for September, ship it to us by around 20 July. We stay open in August and keep receiving, but we cannot speed up Amazon's side.

On WhatsApp, usually within minutes during working hours and always the same working day. Email within one working day. There are two of us and we both read every message. We do not have a ticket queue.

There is none. Ten units a month is fine. We welcome arbitrage and mixed-stock sellers that the big centres turn away (mixed stock is prepped at +€0.80 per unit because every unit has to be identified individually).

Our target is 24 hours from receipt to ready-to-ship for standard prep. Large or complex jobs (bundles, custom packaging) are agreed in advance. Every damaged or non-conforming unit is photographed and reported to you the same day, free.

Hazmat and lithium-battery goods, customs clearance or acting as importer of record, product repair or refurbishment, and food requiring temperature control. If your product falls into one of these, tell us and we will point you to someone who can help.

Yes. The Single Shot plan gives you an Italian address for customer returns and removal orders. We receive, inspect, photograph and grade each unit, then restock it, forward it to you or hold it, as you instruct.

No. Monthly plans, cancel any month. Storage is billed per cubic metre and the first 7 days are free on all plans. All prices are shown excluding IVA (22%).
