About us
We're small. That's the point.
Two founders, one warehouse in Leinì (Torino), Piedmont, Italy, 30 minutes from Amazon TRN1 — Torrazza Piemonte. We started Espresso PrepCenter because small sellers kept telling us the same story: the big prep centres don't reply, don't want mixed stock, and don't cover Italy at all.
The story
Espresso means express.
In Italian logistics, espresso is the word for express delivery. It is also the thing we drink at 7 am before the first carrier arrives. The name was decided before the warehouse was.
We are not trying to be the biggest prep centre in Europe. We want to be the one that answers, that takes the twenty-unit test order, that photographs the dented box without being asked, and that happens to sit half an hour from one of Amazon Italy's main fulfilment centres.
We're launching Month 2026. The first sellers who join get founder pricing for as long as they stay. We'd rather earn ten loyal clients than impress a hundred we can't look after.
Things we don't do, so you don't have to ask: hazmat and lithium batteries, customs clearance or acting as importer of record, repairs. Things we will always do: tell you the truth about a shipment, on the day it arrives.

Minutes, not days
WhatsApp is answered by a founder, usually within minutes in working hours. No ticket queue, no account manager handover.

Photos of every damaged unit, free
If something arrives broken, you see it the same day with photos ready for your claim. Nobody pays extra for honesty.

24-hour turnaround target
Standard prep and returns handling are out the door within a working day of arrival. Complex jobs get a date before we start.

Three languages
English, Italian, Urdu. Your supplier in Lahore, your carrier in Turin and your account manager in Berlin can all talk to the same person.

Hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00. We receive deliveries all day.
Compliance notes
- VAT / P.IVA: your responsibility; we refer an accountancy partner.
- EU Responsible Person (GPSR): via a referral partner, not us.
- Customs: goods must arrive EU-cleared. We never act as importer of record.
- Insurance: ask us about cover for stock on our premises before you ship.
